trouble installing antispyware beta

I am not able to download the Microsoft Antispyware
(beta). After choosing
run, the file downloads, then i get an msn - "Security
Warning, windows has
found a problem with this file:
MicrosoftAntiSpywareInstall.exe ,
Publisher: Unknown Publisher. This file was blocked
because it does not have
a valid digital signature that verifies its publisher"

I have a Dell system Dimension 8300, Dell said they could
not help, and to
try contacting Microsoft.

I contacted Microsoft, the telephone help said they were
unaware of anything
like this, and could not help.

I just want to install the antispyware, can anyone please
help?

Please don't choose Run. Choose Save, and save it to a convenient location
such as your desktop. Double-click it to install. After the installation
completed, you can delete the downloaded installation file.

I get the EXACT same message. I don't know how to fix

Try this. In internet explorer, go to tools>internet options. Click on the advanced tab. Scroll down to the security category. Check the box for "Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid." It will then prompt you when the software tries to download. Click install. Hope this helps.
