cannot install or run BETA

I tried numerous times to download BETA antispyware from
the microsoft website but every time its finished
downloading, it says that it wont run because windows has
blocked it because it does not have a valid digital
signature that verifies its publisher.
How can I work past this? Thank you

You are not the only one posting this issue--I've seen at least three and
perhaps four or more folks with the same problem.

I tend to suspect that either there is a bad file on one of the download
servers, or there is a bad image in a proxy somewhere.

I don't know of a workaround except that trying a download which hits a
different server--perhaps via a different ISP, or via a proxy which might be
located differently geographically might help.

I suppose it might help to hear from those experiencing this issue where
they are, geographically.
