no valid digital signature!

its says that there is no valid digital signature for the
file it was downloading (named: ?linkid=36467&clcid=0x409)
which has an unknown publisher. should i install it? i
would think that windows would recognize Microsoft beta
sypware. Please let me know.
 
No--your download is corrupted in some way. Please go to:

www.microsoft.com/spyware

and click through a couple or three links to reach the download. Save on
your local machine, and then run it.
