Missing Module - New Beta 2

I installed the latest version of Beta 2 on one of my machines last evening.
It went fine. Today I tried installing it on another and, although it appears
to go alright, I am missing module MSASCUI.EXE. I have uninstalled,
downloaded and re-installed 4 times to no avail. I need some assistance as to
what could be wrong. It appears that Defender is on, MS Update is updating
definitions, but I do not have the UI program to monitor or change options

I just resolved the problem. In my case, the second machine uses a different
antivirus (McAfee) and I had to turn off "on-access scanning." Defender is
now properly installed.
