unable to install any games

I'm trying to install Front Office Football 4. When I
click on the setup.exe to install, nothing happens. This
occrurs with some other game installs, but not all. I am
up to date on all window updates. Any ideas?

First, go into Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services and make sure
Cryptographic Service is turned on and running. Second, visit
http://www.solecismic.com/support/faq.html the site of the game creators and
download the patch.
