Unable to Identify Albums or Artists

I have downloaded and installed Media Player 9.0 for XP.
I find now that when I load a CD I can no longer access
information about the album or artist via the internet.
Eventhough I am online at the time, the browser within
the media player fails to connect. Has anyone else
experienced this problem and do you have a work around?
 
Hello,

Make sure that WMP is configured to connect to the
Internet to retrieve information from the Internet.
