Organize by Album Name

Is it possible to organize all of my music in "My Music" folder by album
name instead of Artist Name? When you copy a cd onto your computer Windows
media player automatically organizes my files and folders by Artist name, is
there a way to have it automatically organize files and folders by Album
name?

Thanks
Andy

ps. I know that you can View them by Album name in the media player, but I
want my actual music folder to be organized by album name.

Unfortunately no. Windows Media Player does not have an
option to change that. You can change how it names each
song with artist, song title, album, track number etc. by
going to the tools tab at the top of WMP and choosing
options, then go to the copy music tab. it will have a box
that says "copy music to this location." You will have the
option to change were the music copied to and an option to
change how each track is named, as stated above.

You can always 'organize' the albums manually after they
have copied to your hard drive by just moving them to what
ever folder you would like.

You can easily do that with RealPlayer 10.5.
Tools/Preferences/My Library/Advanced My Library/Change Sub-Folders.
The first option should be "Album". It will give you an instant preview of the
new naming scheme. Be warned that this cannot be done, and if you use other
software that automatically arranges your files (WMP, iTunes), the changes won't
keep.
