Unable to get online

I cant get online. Everytime i try to log on my ISP programs prepares for
dialing, but then I get an error messege saying "Problem start dialing: Cant
dial". And when I try to start a new connection using the new connections
wizard its just asks me to close it and it wont connect at all. Anyone know
what I may be able to do about this?
 
Call your ISP. They will walk you through it.
