Unable to enter Microsoft's page(Bruce Chamber's advice)

I am trying to enter into
www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/using/howto/comunicate/sto
pspam.asp but some pop-ups or messages are stopping me.
After pressing "enter", I am geting some sites that
advertise credit cards, "safe" porno downloads and some
sites (pop-up) that advertise pop-up killers.
It heppens only when I am trying to enter page from above.
I have some unwanted messages occasionaly, I don't use
internet so often, computer is updated, scaned for
viruses, I use pop-up stopper from Google toolbar and Ad-
aware 6. Is there something that I can do to move away
these sites?
I already tryed yelling and screaming at computer but it
didn't work.

Is your firewall enabled?
Have you tried running Spybot? (security.kolla.de) ?
When you yelled and screamed, did you also threaten to revoke your
computer's television privileges?
