Everything is missing on login page

On my w2k service pack 4, when I am on MSN.com and try to access the hotmail
login page everything else is gone except for the actually box to enter your
email address and password. All the advertisements and other stuff around it
is missing. I do not have any pop-up blockers. Besides these are not
pop-ups, they are part of the page. Is this question too confusing.
 
hmm .. Sounds like it could be a firewall issue, i would try turning off any
firewall you have running, could also be a service pack 4 issue, i know it
has been causing some people trouble.
