Unable to drag and drop in Windows explorer

I have a user who is unable to drag and drop in Windows Explorer. It appears
to do it but the file/folder does not move. The copy and paste function also
does not work.

I now have 2 uses with the same problem.

I tried the clipboard services (stoppping and starting but no luck).

Anyone had the same problem or know a resolution?

Thanks

Terry

This is most likely caused by a program which is not releasing the clipboard
lock in properly. If this happens again, use David Candy's utility which
should help you determine the process that's causing the problem.

Download GetOpenClipboardWindow.zip from here:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/temp/GetOpenClipboardWindow.zip

Unzip and run the tool. Post back what it reports. For best results, run
this utility during the time you encounter the Copy<=>Paste problem.
