Can't drag-and-drop in Windows Explorer

Hello all -

I have a Windows XP Home Edition with SP2 system. All of a sudden
drag-and-drop does not work anymore in Windows Explorer. Drag-and-drop
does work everywhere else (apps, desktop, etc). I searched and searched
the news groups and have not found anything that will fix this issue.

Any ideas?
