Unable to download programs

Hello,

I have Windows 98 SE installed on my PC. But I cannpt
download the filed from some web-sites to my hard disk.
The error message is like IE was unable to find the file
on particular site.
Can you suggest the solution? Thanx!!

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
