Unable to copy XP file: msxm12.dll

Recently I was reinstalling my XP SP2 overtop of the existing installation
(same CD)
I received an error message that the "msxm12.dll" could not be copied from
the CD.
I clicked to "ignore" and continued the installation, apparently successfully.
Previously I had been unable to use my printer because the print spooler
could not be started: "error 5: access denied"
Could the missing msxm12.dll file be related to the print spooler problems?

because of the font it is
difficult to distinguish
between the "number" 12 and
l2, eg L2.

however i think that you may simply be able to
copy the file directly from the cd or another
pc and paste into your windows directory
where the other dlls are stored.
