Unable to chat in a Web-Site

Hello.

I am emailing you this email in hopes that I might get
some resolution to a problem I am having. When I go to a
specific web-site, I can do everything allowed other than
chat or instant message. I go to click on the enter chat
room button and nothing happens. I have exhausted all my
options as to why. The lastest thing I have done was to
contact the web-site with any troubleshooting tips. I was
advised that Windows XP does not come with a Java
Preinstalled which is needed in order to use the chat
functions and that I needed to go to the Sun Java Web-Site
to download it. I have gone there but I don't know what it
is that I am to download. There are so many things to
choose from. I can chat in many if not all of the other
sites I visit but the one in question. I have even done a
Windows update and that has not solved my problem. Can you
please help me solve this problem or point me in the right
direction so I can get help. Please send your response to

Also, I might suggest not posting your real address in newsgroups... evil
