No more chat?

On the microsoft support site, I used to be able to chat
directly with a member. but the option is no longer
availible. Im hoping its maybe past Chat support hours,
and that Ill have to wait for a reply/email or for chat
to open tomarrow.

I have no idea since I've never used that function. Would you like to
