Max,

Please start by dialing in once again.

Please provide ipconfig information for your problematic computer.
Start - Run - "ipconfig /all >c:\ipconfig.txt" - Open c:\ipconfig.txt in
Notepad, copy and paste into your next post.

Ping www.yahoo.com.
Ping 66.94.230.33.
Report success / failure of each ping.

Please provide a little history of your computer, and this problem. Is this a
new computer or has it been in use for a while? Is this problem new? Did the
computer ever work? Did the computer ever work with this ISP? Have you used
another ISP in the past?

Please don't contribute to the spread of email address mining viruses. Learn to
munge your email address properly, to keep yourself a bit safer when posting to
open forums. Protect yourself and the rest of the internet - never post your
address unmunged.
