Unable to boot from Windows 98 after installing Windows XP

Windows 98 is installed on C:\ partition.
Installed XP on D:\ partition.
Trying to do dual boot.
When I try to boot from 98 it gives me this
error "comctrl32.dll file cannot start" and won't start up.
Any solution for this?

Thanks for that tip.
Still after logon I get this error "MPREXE : Caused an
invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.dll at 0167:bffb9168"
and the system hangs up.
