Upgrading Windows 2000 Server to XP Professional

If anyone has any advice on installing XP Professional over Server 2000 I
would appreciate it. I have both the XP Professional upgrade CD and the full
XP Professional install CD. I started the install with the full XP install CD
(not upgrade) but am not sure how to get a clean/single install of only XP. I
am prompted for the partition to install XP on. I don't care about a dual
boot and am thinking that if I install on a new/separate partition I will
have the dual boot option. I did not install on the existing partition and am
unable to delete the existing partition. I just want Windows 2000 Server to
go away!

Please share thoughts/tips!
