Unable to add any sites to Internet Explorer zones after installin

I just installed SP1 for W2K3 on two different systems and now I can't add
any sites to the Trusted or Local Zones.

The UI lets me add them but after I click on OK it still says 0 sites listed.

If I click on Sites again none are listed.
 
You know that is actually a good thing. Why do you want to do it?
