IE Security - Trusted Sites Zone

I am interested in disabling Active Scripting and adding the required
websites to the Trusted Sites Zone for scripting.

I have found my trusted sites in:

HKLU\sID\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\internet
settings\ZoneMap\Domains

2 Questions:
Is this the correct key?
and if I had a list of websites to add, how could a make it a double-click
..reg file ?

OK, past that. New question.
Does anyone out there know of any IE plug-in where you can just right-click
and add to "trusted sites" or perhaps have a button on the toolbar you can
click that adds the website's domain to the "trusted sites zone"

You put want you want in the registry save the key delete what you added.
Now it's a double-click on the reg file away. You can also set to nothing
in the same manner.
