Unable to access windows update

When I try and access windows update I get the following
message:



[Error number: 0x800A0046]
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot
display the requested page. You may find the following
resources helpful in resolving the problem:

I am logged in w/ administrative rights and I installed
SP2 hoping that it would fix the problem. Any ideas on
what might work? Thanks.
