It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help me with this problem.
Whenever I try to access any programs under my user settings (I am using
another users setting for now, for access), and after having uninstalled Real
Player 10, I keep getting the following error message:
Windows cannot find'(null)'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and
then try
again. To search for a file, click the Start button and then click Search
To briefly explain how my settings got to this point, I uninstalled the Real
Player 10 (from another users settings), after repeatedly trying to access
programs on my PC from (my settings) and having either the Real player or a
message pop up instead that Real Player wanted to update. After clicking Ok
for it to update, a message came back that there were no current updates. I
then went to the Real.com website and found out there was an update, which I
downloaded. To no avail, however, because the real player would still pop up
whenever I try to access any of my other programs. I am also not able to
access the IE browser but I can access the Firefox web browser, Thunderbird
email client and Windows Explorer. Whatever it is will not let me access any
Microsoft programs or any other programs that I have downloaded or installed
except for the ones mentioned above.
I also ran every imaginable virus scan and spyware checker, including
Microsoft’s offline and online, nothing was found.
Please Help?!
