Access Unable to access "my computer" and "add or remove programs".

I seriously need help! Obviously I got some kinf of virus ( found both krepper and exploit's ) and my pc is not
working. The problem is that everything is working terribly slow (if at all) and i don't get response when i try to access "my computer" or "add or remove programs". My computer shows message "program is not responding" - add or remove does not show anything at all.
It might be there is still a virus, trojan or malware in the system but all scans now end up with nothing. Can anybody please help???

It definitely sounds like spyware etc.
You need to boot into safe mode (press F8 on boot up) and run what antispyware programs you have. You should be able to access add/remove programs in safe mode and remove anything you recognise as spyware.

If you need to download these update them before you run the scans.
