um - how do I get my realtime agents to stay on?

I can't figure out why this function continues to
go 'inactive' every time I close out of the program.
I will set them - and there are 3 - to active and
if I close out and go back in - they are once again
listed as inactive... I've tried setting it up under
options for this to be active too - but it apparently
is not working ~
any ideas? thanks in advance ~

Try an update install:

Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, Microsoft Antispyware, change,
update
