Chris

When I go to the Real-time protection screen there's a
security agent status window which indicates that there
are 18 agents enabled: Internet Agents is indicated to be
active as are System Agents and Application Agents.
However, when I click on either of the agents to get more
information I'm taken to another screen with a window
that says, for example, Internet Agent Status. In this
window it indicates Status: In-active. Why am I getting
conflicting information? Which is accurate?

Thanks

Something isn't right. I have 3 agents, and 59 checkpoints, and I see
consistent information between the various screens.

What other antispyware, antivirus, or Internet security software do you have
installed and running?

Did you uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixed the issue Chris?

I am getting this as well. New XP install BUT, I did a
system restore and then rolled back the restore - the
latter FAILED! Uninstall and re-install has not cured
the 'fault'. Works OK on my other XP machine.

Is there a way to FULLY uninstall AntiSpyware?
TIA.
