Since installing ie7 on one of my computers, WD realtime protection fails to start

This happens on boot up only. I turn this computer off at night and noticed
in event viewer the day I installed IE& after a reboot, WD in event viewer
came up with this message
Windows Defender Real-Time Protection agent has encountered an error and
failed to start.

User: ****

Agent: ServicesAndDriversAgent

Error Code: 0x8007139f

Error description: The group or resource is not in the correct state to
perform the requested operation.

I have to go into WD, ucheck Real Time Protection, close the program, then
open it again, recheck realtime protection, then it starts.

Everything else in WD is working ok.

I might have found the problem.
I just looked in real time protection and noticed that Services and Devices
was not checked.
I just checked it, saved it and restarted the computer and no error msg.
Isn't this strange though? I do not have it checked on my other computer
and I do not get this error msg in event viewer.

I noticed this on my other 3 computers too.
Wonder why WD would come up with an error msg and not start real time
protection if you have one of the apps/services not checked.

maybe this is a bug?
