Started my puter today, win XP Pro started, but stoped with a message
that my old password had expired and I needed to put in a new one starting
with the old one first??? I have no idea what I used, that has been a while
back.....is there some way arround this??

help help help!!!!!!
 
If you are running XP Home version then restart into Safe Mode. Restart the
computer and repeatedly press F5 to boot to Safe Mode. At the logon screen
select the Administrator account and press Enter to leave the password
blank. Then go to Control Panel ->User accounts and change or delete the
password there for the account you generally log on with.
