typing header subject in Chinese

I need help figuring out how to type and send an email with a Chinese header
subject from Outlook. I'm using Outlook 2003, and every time I go to type in
the subject, the language input method switches back to English. Is there
any way to send a header in Chinese language? Thanks.

You should have no problems if you run Outlook in Unicode mode; see
