Chinese e-mail

I have test page for Chinese encoding on
http://www.disnet1.org/Marsha/Simplified/chinese_encoding.htm this simple
form sends email to me. I'm using Outlook 2003 and the header of the message
shows:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Content-Type: Text/plain; charset=utf-8
However the Chinese comes as ????
Do I need to install Chinese suport for my computer?

Is your pst-file format in UNICODE or ANSI?

Thank you for response.
I really don't know because the computer is not accessible at this moment.
Anyway on this computer is Outlook.pst very large file from previous version
of outlook. I don't know how to format/reformat or set up that file for
Unicode.

File-> Data File Management-> Settings-> field Format. If it indicates
97-2002 it is ANSI and doesn't provide international support. You'll have to
create a new pst-file and set it as the default delivery location in your
Account Settings.

This solves mine and others problem. I'm sure you saved me lot of debugging
time.

97-2002 it is ANSI and doesn't provide international support. You'll have to
