Two user accounts, one mail address

Back in the olden days (XP) we had two users and one mail address. Both
users recieved all the mail. Now I'm on Vista and I don't know who gets
what. User 1 gets some mail, user 2 gets other mail, and both get some. How
can I set-up so both users get all the mail from one mail address, just like
it was with XP.

So these users have separate Windows logins?
By default, the first user that downloads a message will also
delete that message from the server. To ensure that both users have
access to the same emails, you need to keep email on the server
for a while: Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced,
in the Delivery section near the bottom place a checkmark in "Leave
copy of messages on server". Do this for both users. Also checkmark
one of the two "Remove..." options.

You might investigate with your ISP the availability of sub-accounts.
Thus I am using one email address in Windows XP for myself and another
for my grandson and a third in Vista ( the computer is dual booting).
All comes as part of the service for no extra charge.

Hope this helps.
