tweakUI install problem

D/L tweakUi.exe but when opening file get error message- Entry point not found.

" The procedure entry point GETDllDirectoryW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERRNEL32.dll"

Any suggestions as I have just left win98SE with it working fine!!

Download and install TweakUI:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (TweakUI)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

After installing, go to Start > Programs > PowerToys for Windows XP >
TweakUI.
