Something's not right...

I downloaded the 'tweakui.exe' from the windows site.. I
ran the file and got this error message:

"The procedure entry point GetDllDirectoryW could not be
located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll"

Seems rather odd to me.. anyone think they can help?

Install the XP SP 1 and then install tweakUI
should work then.

What you have written, it appears that you downloaded the
wrong tweakui. The proper application is TweakUIPowertoySetup.exe.
This is downloaded from the PowerToys for XP section.
