Tweak UI for XP Problem?

Hi,
Alway been a fan of tweak and i just reformatted
and downloaded it.
When i click to install it gives me the error
"Entry Point not found"
The procedure entry point GetDLLDirectoryW could not be located in the
dynamic link library Kernel32.dll.
Anybody know what i can do to install this?
Everything else has been installing fine.

Hi Rich,

There are two versions of TweakUI for XP. Installing v2.10 in non SP1 systems causes this error.

TweakUI v2.00 for Windows XP/XP MCE [564 KB].

Download a fresh copy of TweakUI and run install again.

Hi Rich,

You are downloading the wrong version. One is for XP without SP1 and the
other is with SP1.

Both downloads can be found here on line 246 (right hand side):

If you used
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp
it assumes that you have SP1 on your machine, and if not you get the
error you describe. SO either re-install SP1 and try again; or else
the earlier version can be found at
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
