Entry point GetDllDirectoryW not located...Kernel32.dll

I'm trying to install TweakUi but I keep getting an Error:
the procedure entry point GetDllDirectoryW could not be
located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll.

Any help would be so helpful

Make sure you're trying to run it on at least Windows XP SP1. You may need to upgrade to SP1 if you're still running the original release. It also won't run on Windows 2000 if you're still running that.
