tweakui setup error - entry point not found

I downloaded TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe from Microsoft's site. When I run it, I
get an error message that says, "The procedure entry point GetDllDirectoryW
could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Hi ricrac,

You have probably d/loaded the version of TweakUI that requires Windows XP
SP1 or Windows Server 2003, and you aren't running either of
these........the earlier version can be d/loaded from here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (scroll down to line #246,
right-hand column --> TweakUI without SP1)
