SUITE DOWNLOAD BUTTON IS INACTIVE. HOW CAN I GET A TWAIN

Please...turn off your caps lock.

Go to the support website of your camera
mfg. and search for current Windows XP
drivers.

If you connect your camera's usb cable and
go to...My Computer...you may find that the
camera is listed as a removable drive. If it
is, you can download the images from there.
