"Turn On Links" in E-Mails

When I get e-mails that have links in them, I get a grey bar across the top
that says "Click here to turn on links. To help protect your security, links
are turned off in this message." How can I get rid of this and have the
links turned on?

I think that's part of Office 2003 SP2's phishing filter. I think you can
turn that off here: Tools menu > Options > Junk E-mail

I figured it had to be something simple. Thanks. That's been driving me nuts.
I can understand turning off links in junk email, but when I get the same
email newsletters from the same people every single week it gets a little
annoying to have to turn on the links.
