how to delete information bar from my emails

When I am in Microsoft Outlook I go to open a email and it comes up with a
information bar that says "Click here to turn on links. To help protect your
security links are turned off in this message."
I want to get rid of this bar because it comes up on most emails from
ebay.
Please someone help me.

Sorry, but I'm pretty sure the infobar is hard-coded and can't be removed.

This information bar has never appeared before in my emails. I don't
remember changing anything on my computer. It has started to appear on my
barrucuda spam email now.
