turn off read receipt

For all of my outgoing messages I still get read receipts, even though I've
turned that function off in Internet Options. What else can I do to turn
them off?

Why would you be turning read receipts off in /internet/ options? You should
be in Outlook, in Tools-Options-Preferences-Email Options-Tracking Options
Or was that a typo? :-)
 
It was in Outlook email options. Typo! Oops.
