Turn off problem

Recently, when I turn of my Windows XP program I have been getting a window
labeled "End Program Card Reader Look Up Window" with an option to end the
program. When I select the option the computer completes the turn
of sequence.

I'm not aware of any application programs that I have loaded that have any
thing to do with a card reader.

Thanks to any one for any help they can provide for this problem.

Do you have a multi-function Photo printer? Does it have various slots for
inserting card media?

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
