Turn Off Computer

When I try to turn off my computer I am receiving the following two messages
- End Program-BTScheduleMon.e and ShelllconHiddenWindow. message tells me if
I cancel I will lose data???. I have a very hard time turning my computer
off and I have no idea what these programs are. How do I get rid of this and
what the heck are they???JB

The BTScheduleMon is associated with a program called "Back Trak". You
might consider uninstalling it.

It looks like the first file has to do with BackTrak which is backup/restore
software. Looks like it can't close properly when you try and shut down.
The second file is MusicMatch. If you don't use either of these program, you
can try disabling them or uninstalling them.

Do some searches on the net and you'll see a lot of people have the same
problem you are having.
