TSAdmin problem

We've been experiencing a problem with Terminal Services
Manager where it will hang at the "Getting information
about server" stage and not display any user sessions on
the TS. The servers affected are Win2k with SP4. Has
anyone else ever seen this?

If you leave the tsadmin program running for a long time
in this stage, what will happen?

Nothing happens, it just stays there. The only way I've
been able to fix it is to reboot the server.

This was the only article I could find, but this problem
was supposedly fixed in SP2.

Maybe a reapplyication of your SP is a good idea.

Tom,

Do you find that Task Manager is dead too? I seem to have a similar problem
affecting Win2K SP3 - it seems to be gradually spreading and I'm struggling
to find a cause...
