TS on a Domain - Security

I currently have a TS server as a standalone server, and a
Domain network - all win2000 Server boxes.

We purchased a new server which I'm setting up TS to
replace the current standalone TS machine.

I am having an aweful time trying to configure the
security to get users to login to the new Domain dependent
TS server.
On the standalone i had a replication of all the users on
the PDC, but now with the new TS on the Domain I can't
quite figure out how to get the users correct permission.

Is there a whitepaper on this or MS Doc # ??
