TS Manager does not display users' details

TS Manager will be fine, displaying and updating user info,

then at some point status will change to a question mark,
and rh side of display has message:

"Terminal Services Manager is currently gathering
information about this server"

Everyone stills runs fine on TS, just can't see what's
going on and who is connected.

Win2000Server w/SP4 & TSC w/30users.

Nick,

I had this occur after installing SP4. The symptoms in my case also
included resources not being released by the servers and increased
login/reboot times. When the server was rebooted the issues would go away
for a while and would eventually return after a couple of days.

In my case it was solved by applying the fix referred to in MS KB 324446

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324446

This fix is available through MS Tech Support at no cost since it addresses
known issues with SP4.
