Trying to repair IE 6, "Setup cannot copy html32.cnv" *&%@$*

I've had a few "cannot copy/find" errors along the setup
process, and have thus far been able to find the .dll's
or .ocx files I need in google searches, but haven't
found a d.l. location for this file.
Can anyone help?
