Trying to get published fix

I am attempting to get the the fix mentioned in Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 813654. No download options are
provided, nor is my product ID eligible for online
support.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to call MS Support to get access to that update.

This fix can only be obtained by contacting MS support at the link shown in
the article. It's a special deal, and only available for specific cases.
No one can give you any help but Microsoft.

What do you mean your product ID is not eligible?
