Publishing

I am new to FrontPage. i created a site but do not know how to get it online.
i googled my problem and a lot of places told me to got to File/Publish Web.
whe i try this though the Publish Web feature is the but in light text and
unavailable to me. can anyone help me?

Did you actually create a web site before creating pages? Do you actually
have the web site open before you attempt to publish?

Greyed out commands normally indicate you do *not* have a web site open, but
just a page.
