Trying to delete a rule we cannot find.

One of my teammates has a rule or something setup within his Outlook, that sends an email to his secretary when he receives an invite or sets up a meeting. His secretary has since left the company and we cannot find out how this rule was set up.

It's not a rule but a permission. In his Outlook choose Tools-> Options> tab
Permissions and remove the old entry (could be llisted as an X400 address
now instead of a name)
