Try to send an internet page by email

When online, I am trying to use the file/send/page by
email function, which should open Outlook express and send
a copy of the page that I am viewing. When I click on
this, Outlook comes and prompts for a profile. When I
click next, I get the error message, "mapispooler could
not be started". If I try to create a new profile, I get
the error message, "wmsui32.dll is missing". I have
reinstalled both Outlook Express and Internet Explorer 6
trying to resolve the problem, with no luck. Can someone
help with this?
